The contest is free to enter upon registration with Fanpicks.com (Your
registration will automatically award you one bronze ticket which is
good for entry into the contest. Find any NCAA football Millionaire Maker contest
in the Fanpicks contest lobby and click ENTER to join.) The contest
will award payouts to those participants who achieve a minimum fantasy
point score as described below:

| 420-499.99 FPPTS | $5.00 |
Bonus payouts apply only to specially marked $5,000,000 NFL HAIL MARY
contests. Most bonus payouts shall be applied to your account within 48
hours of contest completion. "Top prize" of $1,000,000 USD shall be
split, if applicable, amongst all entrants who achieve the required
score per calendar day, irrespective of sport. All "2nd level prizes" of
$1,000 USD shall be limited to $3000 total aggregate per calendar day,
irrespective of sport. If 4 or more users achieve the $1,000 USD prize
fantasy point score they shall split the $3000 USD equally. Malfunction
voids all plays and pays. All participants are subject to all of
Fanpicks.com Terms and Conditions. Payouts will be based only upon
Fanpicks.com official entry records. Each customer is restricted to
winning one prize from the bonus payout chart per contest per day. The
highest scoring entry of the customer will earn the prize, lower-scoring
entries will be ineligible for bonus payout chart prizes. Any prize
below $1000 will be aggregated to $1000 total payout per contest (all
eligible entries will split the $1000 equally).
