The fans at Oracle Arena will be expecting a exciting and heated game 7
of the NBA Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State
Warriors when they take their seats on Sunday. This series has been a
series with both hard fought wins and blowouts, and tonights feature has
a chance to be either one. In Game 6 the Cavs held off every run the
Warriors could make in the 3rd and 4th quarter and ending up winning the
game easily. Andrew Bogut being out clearly hurt the Warriors and their
rotations with their subs having to log more minutes than usual.

Oddsmakers currently have the Warriors listed as 5-point favorites versus the Cavaliers, while the game's total is sitting at 208.

In their last action, Golden State was a 115-101 loser on the road
against the Cavaliers. They failed to cover the +2-point spread as
underdogs, while the combined score (216) was profitable news for OVER
bettors.

Cleveland was a 115-101 winner in its last match at home against the
Warriors. They covered the -2-point spread as favorites, while the total
score of 216 sent OVER bettors to the payout window.

Cleveland:

Cleveland is 15-5 SU in its last 20 games

Cleveland is 2-5 ATS in its last 7 games on the road

It took a record-breaking performance – and Draymond Green's suspension –
but the Cleveland Cavaliers are going home with a chance to tie the NBA
Finals at 3-3. The Cavaliers (+6 away) staved off elimination Monday by
beating the Golden State Warriors 112-97, setting up Game 6 in
Cleveland Thursday night. Tip-off is at 9 PM ET on ABC. Oddsmakers have
the Cavs as 2.5 point favorites and the total is now at 207 after
opening at 208.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

Kyrie Irving and LeBron James made history by scoring 41 points each for
the Cavs in Game 5; never before have two teammates reached the
40-point mark in the same game. They were helped by the absence of
Green; he was retroactively charged with a flagrant-1 foul for striking
James in the groin during Game 4, leading to an automatic one-game
suspension for accumulating four flagrant foul points in the playoffs.
Green will return for Game 6 in Cleveland.

Andrew Bogut might not join him. Bogut sprained his left knee Monday
night and had to leave the game after getting in just eight minutes of
action. The Warriors center had an MRI on Tuesday, but we have yet to
receive an update on his status. There's a very good chance Bogut is out
for the season, but Golden State is still –450 at press time to win the
title.

The Golden State Warriors will have their second opportunity to win a
second-straight NBA crown this Thursday night when they square-off
against the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 6 of this best-of-seven clash in
the NBA Finals. BetAnySports
has opened the Cavaliers as 2.5-point home favorites to force a Game 7
and the betting line for the total has been set at 208 points. The line
has held steady, but the total has dropped to 207 a few hours from game
time. Tip-off from Quicken Loans Arena is set for 9 p.m. (ET) and the
game will be broadcast nationally on ABC.

The Warriors had only lost once in 12 previous home games in this
season’s playoffs, but they came up short in Monday’s 112-97 loss as
5.5-point favorites on BetAnySports
closing line. They still hold the 3-2 edge in this series, but now they
will have to try and wrap things up on the road where they have gone a
very pedestrian 4-5 both straight-up and against the spread in nine
previous road games this postseason.

There is a reason why Stephen Curry was the unanimous choice as league
MVP this season. After lighting things up in Game 4 with 38 points while
connecting on seven of his 13 shots from three-point range, he
struggled on Monday night with just five three-point buckets on 14
attempts so as he goes so goes his team. Golden State also missed the
presence of Draymond Green, who was serving a one-game league suspension
in Game 5.

The Cavaliers were able to breathe some new life into this series with
Monday’s win and it was just the second time in the first five games of
this series that they were able to cross the 100-point mark. The total
in that game ended as a PUSH on BetAnySports’ closing 209-point line
after staying UNDER in three of the first four games. Cleveland returns
home with a SU 8-1 record in nine previous playoff games at Quicken
Loans Arena this season while going a profitable 7-2 ATS.

Both LeBron James and Kyrie Irving came up with a huge effort in Game 5
to keep this series alive. James added 16 rebounds and seven assists to
his 41 points on the night, while Irving connected on 17 of his 24 shots
from the field to match James with 41 points as well. Kevin Love
returned to the starting lineup after missing game 4 but he was pretty
much a non-factor with just two points and three rebounds.

Cleveland now has a legitimate shot to take this series the distance
with another win on Thursday night. However, my “best bet” in this game
is the UNDER 207 on BetAnySports’ total line with both sides stepping things up on defense.

The Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers will meet again on
Friday when they battle at Quicken Loans Arena. Golden State got
slapped in the mouth after two blowout wins at home against the Cavs.
The Cavs finally showed some life and some ability to defend on the
perimeter in game #3. The question is can they pull off another game
like that and even this series up at two games a piece.

Oddsmakers currently have the Cavaliers listed as 2½-point favorites versus the Warriors, while the game's total is sitting at 207.

Cleveland was a 120-90 winner in its last match at home against the
Warriors. They covered the -1.5-point spread as favorites, while the
total score of 210 sent OVER bettors to the payout window.

In their last action, Golden State was a 120-90 loser on the road
against the Cavaliers. They failed to cover the +1.5-point spread as
underdogs, while the combined score (210) was profitable news for OVER
bettors.

Golden State:

Team record: 87-15 SU,56-43-3 ATS

Golden State is 5-1 ATS in its last 6 games

Golden State is 5-1 SU in its last 6 games

The 2016 NBA Finals resume this Wednesday night with the Golden State Warriors going on the
road with a 2-0 series lead as one-point underdogs for Game 3.
BetAnySports has set the total line for this game at 206.5 after it
stayed UNDER in the first two games. Tip-off from Quicken Loans Arena is
set for 9 p.m. (ET) and the game will broadcast nationally on ABC.

Golden State closed as six-point home favorites in each of the first two
games of this series, but it did not really matter how high BetAnySports
set the spread given that the Warriors cruised to a pair of victories
by a combined 48 points. They put up 104 points in Game 1 and 110 in
this past Sunday’s win while holding the Cavaliers to fewer than 90
points each time. The total has now stayed UNDER in seven of their last
nine playoff games.

League MVP Stephen Curry has been somewhat quiet in these first two
matchups while players such as Sean Livingston and Draymond Green have
grabbed the spotlight as the leading scorers. Curry only had 11 points
in the series opener and he posted 18 points on Sunday while going
4-for-8 from three-point range. You get the feeling that he will have to
play a much bigger role to get his team a win on the road.

The Cavaliers rolled through their first three playoff series at 12-2
straight-up while going 9-5 against the spread, but that just shows you
how much of a gap in talent there really is between the Eastern and
Western Conference in the NBA. They went a perfect 7-0 SU on their home
court during this run while going a highly profitable 6-1 ATS. The total
stayed UNDER or ended as a PUSH in five of those seven games.

It would be hard to place all that much blame on LeBron James for his
team’s early hole given his numbers in those first two contests, but all
this does is hammer home the point that when the Cavaliers do not play
as a complete team they normally lose. They may also lose Kevin Love for
Game 3 after he left Sunday’s loss with a head injury. His status
remains day-to-day.

This could be a great spot to take Cleveland as a slight home favorite with BetAnySports,
but I am not all that thrilled betting against Golden State right now. I
went with the OVER in Game 2 and came up short, but I think both teams
find that scoring touch on Wednesday night so I am going that way again.

The 2016 NBA Finals
get underway this Thursday night in a 9 p.m. (ET) tip at Oracle Arena
with Game 1 of a best-of-seven clash between the Cleveland Cavaliers and
the Golden State Warriors. For the second-straight season these two
will meet in the championship round as the top seed in their respective
conference. BetAnySports
has opened the Warriors as 5.5-point home favorites for Game 1 and the
total has been set at 210. The line has inched up to Golden State as a
6-point favorite and the total is now at 210.5.

Cleveland’s route to the NBA Finals was pretty direct with a straight-up
12-2 run while going 9-5 against the spread. Following routine sweeps
of Detroit and Atlanta, it got past No. 2 Toronto in the Eastern
Conference Finals with four wins in six games. The total stayed UNDER or
ended as a PUSH in nine of the Cavaliers’ first 14 postseason games.

You would expect LeBron James to be at the top of the list in points
scored (24.6), but Cleveland has also gotten a strong effort from Kyrie
Irving and Kevin Love during this impressive run. Irving has basically
matched James with 24.3 points per game and Love leads the team in
rebounds (9.6) and he is averaging 17.3 PPG. The Cavaliers averaged
104.3 points in the regular season and that number has climbed to 106.9
points in the playoffs.

Golden State rolled through its first two playoff series against Houston
and Portland in 10 games while going 7-3 ATS on BetAnySports’ closing
line. Following a rare loss at home in Game 1 of the Western Conference
Finals against Oklahoma City, the defending champs dug themselves into a
3-1 hole before responding with a 3-0 run both SU and ATS. The Warriors
are 9-1 SU at home in the postseason with an 8-2 record ATS. The total
has stayed UNDER in six of those 10 home games.

The backcourt duo of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson deserve a great
deal of the credit for Golden State’s amazing comeback against the
Thunder that clinched return trip to the NBA Finals. These two combined
for 72 points in a 108-101 victory in Game 6 as a three-point road
underdog and in Monday’s 96-88 grinder as a seven-point home favorite
Curry ended the night with a game-high 36 points with Thompson chipping
in another 21 points to the winning cause.

The Cavaliers come into Game 1 well-rested, while Golden State will have
to deal with the physical and mental fatigue of that stunning comeback.
Even with that edge Cleveland may still lose this game SU, I like its
chances to cover with BetAnySports’ 6-point spread.

The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Toronto Raptors Meet in Game 6 of the
Eastern Conference Finals on Friday when they meet at Air Canada Centre.
The Raptors took an epic beatdown on Wednesday night and fans of the
Raptors just hope that they can recover from that blindside bitch-slap
they took. When you looked at the stat sheet it looked like something
from NBA Jam with Karl Malone and John Stockton running the show. We may
never see a beatdown that bad again in a Conference Finals game.

Oddsmakers currently have the Cavaliers listed as 7-point favorites versus the Raptors, while the game's total is sitting at 198.

Last time out for Toronto, they were a 116-78 loser as they battled the

So far, so good for the Cleveland Cavaliers. They shook off a slow start
Tuesday night to bury the Toronto Raptors (+11 away) 115-84 in Game 1
of the Eastern Conference Finals. Game 2 takes place Thursday night in
Cleveland, tipping off at 8:30 PM ET on ESPN. Oddsmakers have the Cavs
as 12 points favorites against the spread and the total is bouncing back
and forth between 198.5 and 199.

Toronto had to play Game 1 without starting center Jonas Valanciunas
(27.7 PER in the playoffs), who sprained his right ankle in the previous
series versus the Miami Heat. Valanciunas is expected to miss Game 2 as
well, and might not return at all this series. With zero injured
players, Cleveland should be fresh Thursday night after sweeping through
the first two rounds. No Cavalier needed to play more than 30 minutes
in the opener; LeBron James (25.0 PER) sat the entire fourth quarter
after scoring 24 points on 11-of-13 shooting.

The Raptors will only go as far as their shooters will take them, and
after showing signs of life in the Miami series, Kyle Lowry (16.3 PER)
struggled again in Game 1. Lowry shot 4-of-14 for just eight points,
missing all seven of his attempts from behind the arc. As a team,
Toronto went 5-of-24 from long range (20.8%).

The top two teams in the East kick-off a best-of-seven series in the
conference finals this Tuesday night. The No. 2 Toronto Raptors come
into Game 1 as heavy 11-point road underdogs against the No.1 Cleveland
Cavaliers on BetAnySports’ opening betting line
and the total for the game is now at 201 after opening at 202.5. Game
time from Quickens Loans Arena is set for 8:30 and it will be broadcast
nationally on ESPN.

Toronto needed the full seven games to get past both Indiana in the
opening round and Miami in the conference semifinals, but it comes into
Tuesday’s game in solid form after crushing the Heat 116-89 in Sunday’s
Game 7 as a 4.5-point home favorite on BetAnySports’ closing line. The
Raptors are 5-9 against the spread in those 14 playoff games and the
total has gone OVER in four of their last seven outings.

The backcourt of Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan has struggled at times
this postseason, but these two were at their very best in Sunday’s win.
Lowry led the way with 35 points while going 11-for-20 from the field
and DeRozan added 28 points and eight rebounds to help pace the win.
This was just the third time in the postseason that the Raptors scored
100 points or more after averaging 102.7 points per game in the regular
season.

Cleveland has barely broken a sweat in its first two playoff series with
four-game sweeps of both Detroit and Atlanta. It has gone 5-3 ATS in
those eight games and the total has gone 3-4-1 on BetAnySports’ closing
line. With four SU victories on their home court in the postseason, the
Cavaliers have now gone 37-8 SU at home, but that record falls to 23-22
ATS. The total has gone OVER in three of their last five home games.

As expected, LeBron James has played at a very high level in these
playoffs with an average of 23.5 points, 8.8 rebounds and 7.3 assists,
but he has gotten some solid support from both Kyrie Irving and Kevin
Love. Irving is leading Cleveland in scoring with 24.2 PPG and Love is
adding 18.9 points and 12.5 rebounds. The Cavs averaged 104.3 PPG in the
regular season and this has jumped to 107.8 points in the playoffs.
They have allowed 100 points or more in just two of the eight games
played.

I like Cleveland at home on Tuesday night, but there may be just enough
rust from an extended layoff to keep things closer than 11 points on BetAnySports NBA betting line.

“Unlike LeBron’s NBA landscape shifting move to the Cavs last July,
this year’s NBA free agency and draft have not affected the 2016 title
odds significantly with the exception of the San Antonio Spurs who we
have cut their odds in half from 9/1 to 9/2. The Spurs are now right up
there with the Cavs at 11/4 and the Warriors at 9/2 to take it all next
year. LaMarcus Aldridge joining the Spurs is the reason for this, while
the Trail Blazers have drifted from 40/1 to 75/1 because of this signing
and are no longer considered contenders from an odds perspective.”

NBA Betting: LeBron James and Cavs are Underdogs in Much Anticipated Final - Handicappers Hideaway

LeBron James and Cavs are Underdogs in Much Anticipated Final

The Golden State Warriors broke out as an up and coming Western
Conference contender last season, and this year they’ve dominated the
landscape. Lined up against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in
the finals, the world will watch as the Dubs look to take yet another
step forward.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

The Warriors are currently pitted as 5.5-point favorites to win Game 1
of the championship. Considering Golden State led the league in wins
this season, boasting a 67-15 record SU and a 47-34-1 record ATS, the
big spread isn’t surprising.

However, James and the Cavs shouldn’t be underestimated. Playing in his
fifth consecutive final, King James is more than capable of taking over
a series. In 14 playoff games so far this postseason the superstar has
posted averages of 27.6 points, 10.4 rebounds and 8.3 assists per
game. The Splash Brothers can’t match the individual power of
Cleveland’s prodigal son.

As a team, though, Golden State has blown minds and exceeded
expectations all year. Weigh in on the NBA Finals and tune in to watch
postseason basketball at its best. The total is set at 203 as we go to
press.

BetAnySports’ NBA Finals Pick of the Week - Handicappers Hideaway

Betting on the NBA Finals
BetAnySports’ NBA Finals Pick of the Week

Game 1- Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Golden State Warriors

BAS’ Current Line: Warriors are 5 1/2-point favorites and the total is sitting at 202 1/2.

The matchup for this season’s best-of-seven NBA Finals has been set
and starting this Thursday night at the ORACLE Arena, the Eastern
Conference Champion Cleveland Cavaliers will begin their quest for a
world title as 5.5-point road underdogs against the Western Conference
Champion Golden State Warriors. BetAnySports has set the betting odds for the total in Game 1 at 202.5.

The NBA betting odds for the series price in this showdown have the
Cavaliers listed as +185 underdogs with Golden State set as a -225
favorite. If Cleveland is going to pull-off the upset it will need a
healthy Kyrie Irving back in the lineup as well as the continued
elevated play of LeBron James. He has done it all for the Cavaliers
through their first three playoff series against Boston, Chicago and
Atlanta with a team-high 27.6 points, 10.4 rebounds and 8.3 assists.

During this 14-game run, Cleveland went 12-2 straight-up, but just
8-6 against the spread. It has covered in four of its last five games
including a 3-1 record ATS in a four-game sweep of the Hawks in the
conference finals. The total has stayed UNDER in eight of the 14 games.

Golden State still has two players listed on its current injury
report. Klay Thompson is listed as probable for Game 1 after suffering a
concussion against Houston in the conference finals, but center
Marreese Speights remains questionable after missing his last eight
games with a bad calf. As long as league MVP Stephen Curry stays healthy
his team should remain favored to win it all. He has led the way with
29.2 points per game and a team-high 6.4 assists. Curry has shot 43.7
percent from three-point range in the postseason.

The Warriors’ run to the Finals included series victories against New
Orleans, Memphis and the Rockets while going 12-3 SU. Betting on Golden
State in these playoffs has been a bit tricky with a 7-8 record ATS. It
has failed to cover in five of its eight games played at home and the
total has stayed UNDER in 11 of the 15 games overall.

Look for Golden State to draw first blood in this series with a SU
win on Thursday night, but I am going with Cleveland in Game 1 to keep
things close enough to cover with the 5.5 points on BetAnySports’
current betting odds.

NBA Odds: Top-Seeded Hawks Anything But Favorites In Eastern Conference Final - Handicappers Hideaway

NBA Odds

The top-ranked in the Eastern Conference will take on the prohibitive
season-long favorite this week as the No. 1 seed Atlanta Hawks play
host to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Despite starting the
series on the road, it’s the King’s Cavs that lead the pair with 13/5
odds of winning the NBA championship.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

After showing signs of mortality against both the Brooklyn Nets and
Washington Wizards, the Hawks are a far cry from the unstoppable force
that they were partway through the season. Since then, their opponents
have started to take form.

Even without the injured Kevin Love, the Cavaliers have dispatched
both the Chicago Bulls and Boston Celtics thanks largely in part to
their franchise icon and hometown boy. The Bulls, of course, were a
legitimate conference threat that could have just as easily been
handpicked for a spot in the Finals, making Cleveland’s success last
week all the more impressive.

With 9/1 odds on the NBA futures, the Hawks are a long-shot in the
sportsbook. That doesn’t mean that they can’t still deal damage on a
game-to-game basis though. Not only did Atlanta lead the East in wins,
they did so with a 50-30-2 record against the spread.

NBA Odds: San Antonio Spurs Gain Steam, Undervalued as Reigning Champs - Handicappers Hideaway

The San Antonio Spurs have gathered momentum in the Western Conference
as of late, and they’ll need it if they plan to claw their way to the
top half of the playoff bracket. Although the reigning champion squad
is 9/1 to win another title, they’re seventh place in their conference
as we go to press.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a 50% welcome bonus.

This year’s San Antonio roster is similar to the one that beat the Miami
Heat in last year’s championship, but despite their impressive season
record of 39-23, they’re not covering the majority of their matches
(27-33-2 ATS). Having won the West in the past two seasons, the Spurs
often find themselves getting stuck with big spreads.

This year, with power forward Tim Duncan turning 39, the Spurs have
shown splashes of potential. They enjoyed an eight game winning streak
in November and are on a five game winning streak as we go to press.
They won their match against the Chicago Bulls on March 8, covering as a
10-point favorite in San Antonio. Next, they’ll host the Cleveland
Cavaliers at 9:30 PM ET on March 12. Cleveland is 40-25 SU and 31-34
ATS.

BetAnySports’ NBA TV’s Tuesday Pick of the Day

Sports Betting at BetAnySports

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Detroit Pistons

BAS’ Current Line: Cavaliers are 8 1/2-point favorites and the total is sitting at 207 1/2.

The front-end of this Tuesday’s NBA TV’s double-header features a
classic Central Division tilt between the surging Cleveland Cavaliers
and the Detroit Pistons at the Palace of Auburn Hills. BetAnySports
opened the Cavaliers as five-point road favorites against Detroit and
the betting odds for the total have been set at 203.5 which has now
risen to the lines posted above the article.

Cleveland has reestablished itself as a legitimate contender in the
Eastern Conference during its current six-game winning streak both
straight-up and against the spread. The return of LeBron James to the
starting lineup has rejuvenated a team that lost six straight games (SU
and ATS) earlier this month. The Cavaliers are now 25-20 SU on the year
with a 20-25 record ATS. The total has stayed UNDER in 28 of their first
45 games.

James put-up 34 points in Sunday’s impressive 108-98 victory against
Oklahoma City with Cleveland closing as a 3.5-point home favorite on
BetAnySports NBA betting odds for the game. He is averaging a team-high
26.2 points and 7.4 assists a game.

The Pistons are still buried in the East standings at 17-28 SU (20-25
ATS), but they did show some signs of life in a
late-December/early-January run in which they won seven straight games
both SU and ATS. Since that point they have cooled to a 5-5 record SU
and ATS in their last 10 outings. This past Sunday, they lost to Toronto
on the road 114-110 while covering as eight-point underdogs. Detroit
will now return to its home court where is has gone just 7-15 both SU
and ATS in 22 previous games this year.

To get a win against their division rivals this Tuesday night, the
Pistons are going to have to squeeze the most out of an offensive effort
that will have to adapt to the recent loss of Brandon Jennings with a
ruptured Achilles tendon . Defensively, they are ranked in the
bottom-third of the league in points allowed (100.2). Detroit did draw
first blood in this season’s series against the Cavs with a dominating
103-80 victory on Dec. 28 as a 7.5-point underdog on the road.

It would be hard to go against Cleveland in this matchup given its
current form. The road team in this series has now won six of the last
eight games SU and I like that play again on Tuesday with the Cavaliers
easily covering the eight points in a SU win on the road.
