The Golden State Warriors won 73 games during the regular season, but if
they don't win Thursday night (9 PM ET, TNT), their playoffs will be
over. Golden State lost 94-118 to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday,
dropping the cash as 3-point road favorites to fall behind 3-1 in their
Western Conference final.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

There's no question that the Warriors aren't the same team that went
into the postseason as – 150 favorites to defend their championship.
Stephen Curry doesn't seem to have shaken off the injuries he suffered
during the first-round series against the Houston Rockets; the two-time
and reigning MVP had another off-night Tuesday, scoring just 19 points
on 6-of-20 shooting, including 2-of-10 from long range.

Oddsmakers still have faith in the Warriors as they have them listed as a
7 to 7.5 point favorite and the total is at 220 right now.

But give credit to the Thunder for putting the boots to Golden State.
They upset the San Antonio Spurs in the previous round, and now they're
10-5 ATS during these playoffs after blowing out the Warriors in
back-to-back games. Russell Westbrook had another triple-double Tuesday
night, posting 36 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists. That's five
straight games with at least 10 assists for Westbrook, and 10 out of the
15 games he's played in the postseason.

The Golden State Warriors will try and avoid falling into a very deep
hole in their best-of-seven series against the red-hot Oklahoma City
Thunder when the two clash this Tuesday night at Chesapeake Energy Arena
in Game 4. Tip-off on TNT is set for 9 p.m. (ET) and BetAnySports has listed the Warriors as slight 1.5-point road favorites with the total set at 222.

Golden State has yet to lose back-to-back games this season, but it has
already lost two of the first three games in this series. First, the
Warriors were stunned at home 108-102 as 7.5-point favorites in Game 1
and most recently they were hammered on the road 133-105 as 2.5-point
road favorites in Sunday’s Game 3. In between, they beat the Thunder
118-91 as nine-point favorites at home. The total stayed UNDER in the
first two games of this series before going OVER BetAnySports’ closing
219-point line on Sunday.

Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson combined for 42 points on Sunday, but
they only managed to connect on five of their 19 shots from three-point
range. The Warriors shot 41.3 percent from the field as opposed to a
47.3 shooting percentage in the playoffs this year. This was just the
third time in 13 postseason games that they scored 105 points or less.

The Thunder have to guard against another letdown following a big win.
They are a profitable 5-1 both straight-up and against the spread in
their last six games, but the lone loss was that 27-point beating in
Game 2 of this series. Oklahoma City is 5-2 ATS at home during the
postseason and the total has gone OVER in four of the seven games.

There was little doubt that OKC’s top two players brought their A-game
to Sunday’s showdown. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook combined for 63
points while going 20-for-34 from the field. Both have been playing at a
very high level since the playoffs began with Durant averaging a
team-high 27.8 points per game closely followed by Westbrook’s
25.3-point scoring average. The Thunder are averaging 106.9 PPG and
shooting 46.3 percent from the field through 13 postseason games.

Despite just how good Oklahoma City has looked in this series, I will lay the point and half with BetAnySports and take the Warriors to even things up in Game 4. There is a reason why they won 73 games in the regular season.

The Oklahoma City Thunder and the Golden State Warriors will meet up in
Game 1 the Western Conference Finals on Monday when they meet at Oracle
Arena. The Thunder surprised the Spurs in the semi's and will try to
pull off the ultimate upset of the playoffs. Rumor has it this is
Duran't swansong in OKC if they don't at least make it to the finals and
they have a huge up-hill battle.

Oddsmakers currently have the Warriors listed as 7½-point favorites versus the Thunder, while the game's total is sitting at 224.

Golden State won its last outing, a 125-121 result against the Trail
Blazers on May 11. The Warriors failed to cover in that game as a
-13.5-point favorite, while the 246 combined points took the game OVER
the total.

In their last action, Oklahoma City was a 113-99 winner at home against
the Spurs. They covered the +0-point spread as underdogs, while the
combined score (212) was profitable news for OVER bettors.

The San Antonio Spurs just can't seem to put away the Oklahoma City
Thunder. Oklahoma City fought back to win Game 5 of their Western
Conference semifinal Tuesday night, 95-91 as a 7-point road dog. Now the
Thunder can eliminate San Antonio with a victory at home in Thursday's
Game 6, tipping off at 8:30 PM ET on ESPN. Oddsmakers have the Spurs as a
2-point favorite against the spread and the total is sitting at 196.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

The Spurs found a way to lose Game 5 despite 20 Oklahoma City turnovers.
The Thunder dominated the glass, out-rebounding San Antonio 54-36, and
their bench was far superior in this matchup – Dion Waiters led all
players at plus-18 on the night. Russell Westbrook nearly had another
triple-double with 35 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists, but he also
had eight turnovers and shot 12-of-27 from the floor.

As dominant as the Spurs were during the regular season, they had their
problems with OKC, splitting their four games straight up and dropping
the cash every time. Now San Antonio is 2-3 SU and ATS in this series,
with no room left for error. Tim Duncan (11.8 PER playoffs) is having by
far the worst playoffs of his storied career, shooting 3-for-18 over
the past four games. Will Thursday be Duncan's last dance?

The Western Conference Semifinals showdown between the Oklahoma City
Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs continues this Tuesday night at the
AT&T Center with Game 5 of what has become a best-of-three affair. BetAnySports
has opened the Spurs as 6.5-point home favorites in the 8 p.m. (ET) tip
on TNT and the total for the game has been set at 199.5. The total has
held steady but the point spread has creeped up to to the Spurs -7.

The Thunder were able to ties this series at two games apiece with a
huge fourth quarter effort in Sunday’s 111-97 win in Game 4 at home as
slight two-point favorites. The total in that game went OVER 199. This
followed a tough four-point loss at home in Game 3 as 2.5-point
underdogs on BetAnySports’ closing betting line. The total stayed UNDER 200 in that contest, but it has gone OVER in five of their last seven games.

Kevin Durant led the charge in Sunday’s win and after outscoring the
Spurs on his own in the final quarter of that game he ended the day with
a game-high 41 points. Durant has been Oklahoma City’s leading scorer
both in the regular season (28.2 points) and through nine postseason
games with an average 26.8 points. Russell Westbrook has been a close
second with 24.2 points per game and the team as a whole is averaging
106.3 points in the playoffs.

San Antonio bounced back from a stunning 98-97 loss at home in Game 2 as
a 7.5-point favorite by covering on the road in Game 3. It is now 5-3
against the spread in eight postseason contests with the total staying
UNDER in five of those games. The Spurs’ loss at home in Game 2 was just
their second in 45 games at the AT&T Center this season. They come
into this contest with a profitable 26-19 record ATS on their home
court.

Tony Parker turned back the clock a bit in Sunday’s loss with a
team-high 22 points, but it has been the combination of LaMarcus
Aldridge and Kawhi Leonard that has done the most damage in the
postseason with each player averaging just over 22 points a game. This
was the first time the Spurs allowed more than 100 points in these
playoffs and they are averaging 103.8 points a game.

The back and forth nature of this series points in the direction of San
Antonio for Tuesday night and I would have to agree. Lay the 6.5 points
on BetAnySports’ current betting line and take the Spurs to cover at home.

The Oklahoma City Thunder aren't dead yet. They evened their Western
Conference semifinal with the San Antonio Spurs at 1-1 Monday night,
giving Oklahoma City home-court advantage for the rest of the series –
starting with Game 3 Friday night at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Tip-off is at 9:30 PM ET on ESPN. The Spurs are a 2.5 point favorite
Against the Spread and the total is sitting at 200.5.

After getting blown out in Game 1, the Thunder took advantage of some
uncharacteristically poor shooting by San Antonio in Game 2. Then OKC
withstood a late run by the Spurs to win 98-97 as 8.5-point road dogs on
the closing line, up from +7.5 at the open. Despite the victory,
Oklahoma City remains a +230 underdog to win this series and advance to
the Western Final.

Both teams have their full rosters active for Game 3. Up to this point,
the star of the show has been LaMarcus Aldridge, who scored 79 points
for San Antonio over the first two games, and even sank both his 3-point
attempts – the only two he's made all year after shooting 0-for-16
during the regular season. Kevin Durant (44 points for Oklahoma City)
and Russell Westbrook (43 points) have combined to shoot 2-of-13 from
long range for the Thunder.

In just a few days, the Los Angeles Clippers (47-27 SU, 35-37-2 ATS)
will have Blake Griffin back in the lineup. But they'll be without him
this Thursday when they visit the Oklahoma City Thunder (52-23 SU,
32-40-3 ATS), winners of eight of their last nine games at 6-3 ATS.
Tip-off is at 9:30 PM ET on TNT.

The Clipshow is coming off a 99-79 thrashing of the Minnesota
Timberwolves last night. It was the Clippers' fourth straight win and
Doc Rivers has decided that Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan and J.J. Redick
will be rested when the team plays its fourth game in five days on
Thursday. With the news the starters will be rested the Thunder are a
15.5 point favorite and the total has dropped from 216 to 209.

This will be the fourth and final meeting of the regular season between
these two Western foes. Oklahoma City has the 2-1 advantage straight up,
although Los Angeles is 2-1 ATS in this series. They split a pair of
games home and away earlier this month with Griffin (23.2 PER) on the
sidelines. He'll be joined Thursday by Paul Pierce (8.0 PER), who's out
for an undetermined length of time with a right knee contusion.

The Thunder have one of the weaker benches among the NBA's second-tier
title contenders, but they also have two of the league's best players in
Russell Westbrook (27.8 PER) and Kevin Durant (28.2 PER). Westbrook has
seven triple-doubles in March alone, and he hasn't had to jack up as
many questionable shots this year to get the job done, now that Durant
is healthy and by his side.

BetAnySports’ NBA on TNT Tuesday Pick of the Day - Handicappers Hideaway

BetAnySports’ NBA on TNT Tuesday Pick of the Day

San Antonio Spurs vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

Current BAS’ Line: Spurs are 6-point favorites and the total is at 214 1/2.

The San Antonio Spurs will put their current seven-game winning streak
on the line this Tuesday night in a trip to Chesapeake Energy Arena to
square-off against the fading Oklahoma City Thunder in an 8 p.m. (ET)
tip on TNT. BetAnySports has opened the Spurs as three-point road
favorites and the NBA betting odds for the total have been set at 208.

San Antonio has been a solid bet during this run after covering in all
seven wins and, going back over its last 11 contests, it is 10-1 both
straight-up and against the spread. The Spurs are coming off one of
their most impressive wins during this run with Sunday’s 107-92 rout of
Golden State as 4.5-point favorites at home. The total stayed UNDER BetAnySports’ closing 211-point line in that game and it has now stayed UNDER in five of their last six outings.

Kawhi Leonard had the hot hand in Sunday’s win with a game-high 26
points and on the season he leads the Spurs with an average of 16.3
points per game. San Antonio continues to be one of the more prolific
scoring teams in the NBA with 102.9 PPG and it has boosted this average
to 107.9 points during this winning streak. Defensively, the Spurs are
ranked third in the league in points allowed (96.9).

The Thunder have just one win in their last six contests either SU or
ATS. Their losing streak reached three-games both ways with Sunday’s
115-112 loss to Houston as one-point underdogs at home. The total went
OVER BetAnySports’ closing 219-point line in that loss after it stayed
UNDER in three of their previous four games. The loss dropped Oklahoma
City’s lead over New Orleans to just a half-game for the eighth and
final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

You cannot blame Russell Westbrook for his team’s current state of
affairs. During this 1-5 slide, he has averaged 29.2 PPG including a
game-high 40 points in Sunday’s loss to Houston. Oklahoma City also
remains one of the NBA’s highest scoring teams in the NBA with an
average of 103.6 PPG, but it ranks in the bottom-third of the league in
points allowed (101.4).

The Thunder are in desperate need of a win, but they are not going to
get one this Tuesday night against probably the hottest team in the NBA
right now both on the court and at the betting window. Stick with the
hot hand in this one with a play on the Spurs.

NBA Odds: MVP-Worthy Westbrook Gives Thunder a Fighting Chance - Handicappers Hideaway

NBA Odds: MVP-Worthy Westbrook Gives Thunder a Fighting Chance

The Oklahoma City Thunder has hovered around the Western Conference
playoff bubble for the majority of the 2014-2015 season, making them
compelling NBA betting options for those considering underdogs. Their
recent play, with Kevin Durant on the sideline, suggests that the club
is as risky as intriguing.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a 50% welcome bonus.

Between guard Russell Westbrook’s wild scoring tear, the triple-double
streak and his general 27.6, 7.2 and 8.6 averages, he has proven to be a
very deserving MVP candidate. While Westbrook’s play has been
downright historic since the All-Star Break, the Thunder has struggled
to hang onto the eight and final berth in the West. The Thunder is
42-32 straight up and 37-35-2 against the spread.

With an upcoming schedule that includes matches with Dallas, Memphis,
Houston and San Antonio this week alone, their final two weeks of the
regular season will be a challenge.

With Durant out for the year, his teammates have their work cut out for
them. While his absence has helped push Westbrook to the next level of
stardom, there’s no guarantee that the guard’s transformation will help
improve their odds of winning the NBA Championship.

NBA Odds: Injuries Turn Thunder into Lucrative Betting Option

Betting on OKC Thunder Basketball

With February approaching, Oklahoma City Thunder’s position outside
of the Western Conference playoff picture is becoming a concern. Despite
their outside status, the team is 14/1 to win the NBA Championship.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

Few paid any attention when the franchise got off to a slow start. After
all, the team was losing because both Kevin Durant and Russell
Westbrook were sidelined with long term injuries. Well, Westbrook has
battled back to superstar form, but his teammate hasn’t.

Though Durant has played well since returning from his foot injury in
December, he’s missed more time with two subsequent injuries. Though
there’s nothing impacting his long-term health, it’s troublesome when
betting on the NBA.

The Thunder is 10th in the Western Conference with a 23-22 record
straight up and 20-23-2 against the spread. All told, the team is
dangerous, but they haven’t flourished the way they were expected to.

Westbrook’s 24.7 PPG, 6.0 RPG and 7.6 APG are some of the best
basketball stats we’ve seen in a while, but Durant’s 24 missed games
limit the impact of his teammate’s fantastic season. Should the reigning
MVP regain form and start contributing as much as Westbrook has,

NBA Odds: Healthy Thunder Jolt Betting Community

Betting on OKC Thunder Basketball

Ever since the superstar duo of Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant
made their way back to the court, the Oklahoma City Thunder has been
steadily rising up the ranks. Westbook marked his eight consecutive
match with at least 20 points, five rebounds and five assists since
returning from his injury. The Thunder faces the Sacramento Kings at
10:35 PM ET tonight and the Golden State Warriors on Thursday.

It’s no secret that the Thunder is capable of competing for a title;
they’ve been doing so for the past half decade. What sets them apart
this year is their ability to lumber through November with one of the
most short-staffed rosters we’ve seen in some time.

As a result of their early injury woes (Westbrook with a broken hand
and Durant with a foot injury), the Thunder started the 2014-2015
campaign in a big 3-12 hole. Now that Durant and Westbrook are back, the
franchise is rolling. After winning six straight games, the Thunder has
become a terror for opponents.

The franchise has climbed up to eight place in the Western
Conference. However in the sportsbook, only four teams are ahead of
Oklahoma City for winning the championship. This season could be their
greatest yet.

The Impact of Kevin Durant’s Injury Heading into 2014-2015

Betting on OKC Thunder Basketball

There are few things that can shake NBA odds like an injury to a
world class player. Basketball fans saw exactly that over the weekend as
it was announced that Kevin Durant would miss as many as 10 weeks
recovering from a fracture in his foot. Don’t be surprised if Oklahoma
City supporters are suddenly less optimistic.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

Durant was last year’s MVP, and without him, the Thunder will lose an
imposing two-way threat that averaged 32.0 PPG, 7.4 RPG and 5.5 APG.
Suffice it to say, oddsmakers are taking precaution to ensure the
franchise is valued accurately heading into the season. They are
currently 7/1 to win the championship.

On one hand, Durant’s injury makes the Thunder far less appealing on the
NBA futures market. On the other hand, the superstar could be back in
the line up as soon as early December, bringing great value to anyone
who took the longer odds.

One thing to pay attention to during Durant’s time on the mend is how
his teammates step up. Russell Westbrook made a case for himself as one
of the league’s best No. 2 options, but that doesn’t always translate
into success in the No. 1 spot.

It’s hard to say for sure what to make of the Oklahoma City Thunder as a
basketball betting option. Perhaps we’ll find out what they’re truly
made of with Durant on the sidelines.

BetAnySports’ NBA Playoffs Pick of the Week: San Antonio Spurs vs. Oklahoma City Thunder Game 4- Tuesday, May 27

Betting on OKC Thunder Basketball

San Antonio Spurs vs. Oklahoma City Thunder Game 4- Tuesday, May 27

BetAnySports’ Current Line: Thunder -2 1/2 and the Total is 207

The San Antonio Spurs will look to bounce back from a bad loss in
their best-of-seven NBA Western Conference Finals matchup against the
Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 4 this Tuesday night at Chesapeake Energy
Arena. Tip-off is set for 9 p.m. (ET) and the game will be available on
TNT.

The Spurs looked unstoppable in the first two games of this series
with a pair of victories by a combined 52 points, but after trailing by
as many as 20 points in the closing minutes of Game 3, they came back
down to earth in a 106-97 loss as 2.5-point road underdogs on
BetAnySports’ closing NBA betting odds. They are now 7-2 straight-up in
their last nine games with a 6-3 record against the spread. The total
stayed UNDER the 208-point closing line in Game 3 and it has now stayed
UNDER in four of their last five games.

Tony Parker has been San Antonio’s leading scorer throughout these
playoffs with 19.1 points per game, but he only registered nine points
on Sunday night after going just 4-for-13 from the field. The team as a
whole has been hitting 50 percent of its shots from the field in the
postseason, but this number dropped to 39.6 percent in Sunday’s loss.
Manu Ginobili led the team in scoring in that losing effort with 23
points off the bench and Tim Duncan added 16 points and eight rebounds.

The Thunder are now 7-3 SU in their last 10 playoff games with a 6-4
record ATS. The total has stayed UNDER in six of their last eight games.
This was just the second time in their last 10 outings that they scored
more than 100 points and it was just the second time in that same
stretch that they held their opponent below the 100-point mark.

The biggest difference for Oklahoma City between the first two games
of this series and Sunday’s win was the unexpected return of Serge Ibaka
to the starting lineup. He was not supposed to play this entire series
with a serious calf injury, but that did not stop him from putting up 15
points to help pace the win. His biggest effect was on the other end of
the court on defense. The Thunder completely controlled the boards with
52 rebounds verse the Spurs’ 36. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook
combined for 51 points in Sunday’s win.

Home court should continue to have a heavy influence on this series
starting with another SU win by the slightly favored Thunder on Tuesday
night that covers BetAnySports current 2.5-point betting line for this game.
