The Padres left-hander, Drew Pomeranz, has given up eight earned runs in
his past two starts, but his ERA is still at just 2.88 on the year.

That's how good he has been for most of the season. Catcher Derek Norris
has been red-hot for the Padres this June (hitting .327 with three home
runs), he has done well against Gonzalez in his career. In four at-bats
against the southpaw, Norris has three hits including a pair of home
runs.

On the other side we have Nationals left-hander Gio Gonzalez who hasn't
won a game since May 2. In four straight losses, he has allowed 21
earned runs in 22 2/3 innings. Bryce Harper is the only Nationals hitter
who has a hit off of Pomeranz. Danny Espinosa, Chris Heisey, Ben
Revere, Daniel Murphy and Ryan Zimmerman have combined to go 0-for-14
against him.

Today's game will end a seven-game homestand for the Padres. The
Nationals bus to Los Angeles after the game to continue a 10-game road
trip at Dodger Stadium.

Right now Wager506.com
has the first 5 innings -1/2 -105 and full game -1 1/2 (-105) both on
Nationals side. Bitcoin lovers will get a 10% extra cash bonus and a

The Rockies Chad Bettis hopes to change his luck against the Padres tonight - Handicappers Hideaway

Bettis allowed 13 earned runs over his previous two starts, 4 2/3
innings against the Red Sox and 3 2/3 innings vs. the Reds, and has
posted an ERA above 5.00 both in Coors Field and away from it this
season. However in the four games he's thrown at Petco Park in his
career, Bettis has a 2.53 ERA and a 2.5 strikeout-to-walk ratio. He is
hoping that facing the Padres will alleviate some of the struggles he's
experienced on the mound lately. Rockies second baseman D.J. LeMahieu
has hit .358 (5-for-13) throughout his career against Cashner, with two
walks and just one strikeout.

Last-place San Diego (22-34) continued its dominance of Colorado (24-30)
with Friday's series-opening 4-0 win, the club's fifth in seven games
against the Rockies this season. However, it was still just the Padres'
fifth win in their last 18 games. The Rockies have lost three straight
and 12 of 16.

Andrew Cashner has logged back-to-back quality starts after returning
from a two-week stint on the disabled list. Cashner (2-5, 4.79), who
missed time with a strained right hamstring, still took the loss in
each, giving him three straight defeats after his return. Cashner held
the Rockies to five hits and three runs in six innings of a 6-3 win on
May 3, though he has a 4.83 ERA in seven career starts against them.

Carlos Gonzalez entered this series on a power surge, hitting six home
runs in eight games, good for a 1.063 slugging percentage. Jon Jay
enters this game red-hot, hitting .413 (19-for-46) in his 10 previous
games, but with a right-hander on the mound Colorado might have the
edge.

Wager506 has the o/u 8 -110 on the full game and Rockies -105 on the first 5 innings Money Line.

Padres seek payback against the Giants!! - Handicappers Hideaway

Giants swept the Padres last week, a three-game series in which the
Padres scored only one run in each of the losses. The Padres turn to
southpaw Drew Pomeranz to set the tone. He was the tough-luck loser to
the Giants in Wednesday's 2-1 loss. Johnny Cueto will try to lead the
Giants to their seventh straight win over the NL West rivals and 11th in 12 games overall Monday night in the opener of a three-game series at AT&T Park.

Cueto allowed only four hits in dominating the Padres on Wednesday,
striking out eight. He's gone 6-1 with a 1.67 ERA with 54 Ks over his
last seven starts against the Padres.

Drew Pomeranz has only worked seven innings once in eight starts, but
he'll try to pick up a bullpen that used three relievers in Saturday's
3-2, 11-inning win and six on Sunday. The left-hander has been sharp
with a 1.13 ERA in his last four starts, but he's 2-2 over that stretch
while receiving four runs from the offense. He allowed two runs and four
hits -- including a Hunter Pence home run -- over six innings.

Wager506.com
will guarantee your bet in this game, if you lose you will receive the
risk money back with only a 7x roll. Currently the lines stand on the
first 5 innings at Padres +½ -105 and full game o/u 6½ -105.

Giants looking to extend to a 7 game winning streak - Handicappers Hideaway

San Diego's starter, Drew Pomeranz, has allowed just one run and seven
hits in 18 innings spanning his previous three starts. It's worth
pointing out, though, that Pomeranz's last subpar effort came against
the Giants on April 25, when he yielded four runs (three earned) and
seven hits while walking three in 4 1/3 innings. San Francisco won that
game, 5-4.

He's had some trouble with Buster Posey, who is 5 for 8 with two homers
off Pomeranz. Brandon Crawford is 0 for 3 with two strikeouts in their
matchups, but he finished with a three-run homer, RBI double and a
sacrifice fly in a 5-1 win in Tuesday's series opener.

San Diego (17-23) avoided being shut out for the 10th time when Matt
Kemp led off the ninth with a homer. It has lost three of four, scoring a
combined three runs in the defeats.

The Giants, who are riding a six-game winning streak mainly attributed
to their stellar starting pitching, and it's no surprise that Johnny
Cueto owns one of the best outings in that stretch. Cueto, who secured
his 100th career victory with a 1-0, complete-game triumph over San
Diego on April 26. He has won five of his last six starts against the
Padres.

San Francisco's starters have a 1.44 ERA during the streak, helped by
Cueto (5-1, 2.97 ERA) allowing two runs in seven innings of Thursday's

4-2 win at Arizona.

In 41 career games at Petco Park, Posey has hit 11 doubles, including his two-bagger in Tuesday's sixth inning.

Wager506.com will guarantee your bet on this game, if you lose your bet you can request the risk money back in the account with a 7x roll.

Right now the first 5 inning bets stand with run lines at Giants -½ +105 and for the game Total at o6½ -105, join Wager506.com today and get a welcome bonus of 150% cash.

MLB Odds: Dodgers Chase Illusive NL West Division Lead

Betting on Los Angeles Dodgers Baseball

With no shortage of momentum, the Los Angeles Dodgers
will take on the San Diego Padres this weekend. If they’re lucky,
they’ll get a chance to close the gap between themselves and the NL
West-leading San Francisco Giants. Are L.A.’s 7/1 odds to win the World
Series foretelling or just overly ambitious?
Bet on baseball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.
Neck and neck with the Giants in the sportsbook, the
Dodgers trail by four games in the standings. That’s why the Dodgers
will need to pad their win total against the struggling Padres while
they can.
Los Angeles has long been a popular MLB betting
option and while they’ve looked solid in 2014, the Giants have looked
spectacular. As a result, the two clubs are tied for second in World
Series futures. The Dodgers are +125 to win the division, slightly
behind the San Francisco Giants (-200).
The Padres have made news of late. Former San
Diego’s Tony Gwynn’s life is being celebrated after the legendary Hall
of Famer passed away this week. The team hasn’t enjoyed much success on
the field, and that bodes well for Dodgers fans hungry to advance in the
standings.
