NBA Odds: Rose and Gasol Put Bulls Back in Title Conversation

Betting on Bulls NBA Basketball

Derrick Rose’s injury history concerns anybody looking to wager on
the NBA this season. Rose’s Chicago Bulls are not only among the
favorites to win the title, but the team could be the best they’ve been
since the days of Michael Jordan. Consider their 11/2 odds to win the
NBA Championship a good indication of how far they can make it.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

The Bulls have a well-rounded roster that includes MVP candidate Joakim
Noah and superstar Derrick Rose. Rose has been limited to 49 games over
the course of the past three seasons. The last time Rose played a full
season, the Bulls were the No. 1 seed in the east and Rose won league
MVP. At that time, Noah hadn’t established himself as an All-Star, and
the team didn’t have Pau Gasol (or Jimmy Butler or Nikola Mirotic or
Doug McDermott, etc.)

Fresh off of a stint with the Lakers where he won a pair of titles,
Gasol will join Chicago’s front court with the knowhow to improve upon
their postseason performance. The Bulls made the playoffs in each of the
past six seasons but have only made it out of the first round twice.

Despite finishing with 48 wins in 2013-2014, Chicago was just 41-40-1
against the spread. If Rose can stay healthy for close to 82 games and
the rest of the unit gels, the Bulls should defy expectations.

MLB Odds: St. Louis’ NL Central Lead Tested by Hungry Brewers

Betting on Brewers Baseball

It’s no secret that the NL Central has produced some of the deepest playoff
races in recent memory, and this year is no different. The wild card
hopeful Milwaukee Brewers will host the St. Louis Cardinals this
weekend. St. Louis currently leads all teams in the division (10/1 to
win the World Series).

Bet on baseball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

St.
Louis should sneak into the postseason for a fourth consecutive year,
so it’s hard not to give them the upper hand in their series with a
heated rival. The Brewers, however, have been beating expectations all
season long.

Milwaukee
has been contending in the division since opening week, so all the
power to them. They may only be 65-74 against the spread, but they’re
within three games reach of the NL Central lead.
Michael
Wacha will take the bump for a veteran Cards team in the first of the
four-game set, and he’ll go to work with a well-rounded supporting cast
behind him. Yadier Molina is back in action for St. Louis after nearly a
two month absence.

With
the regular season coming to an end, and the Cards hopeful to add
another ring to their dynasty, pressure is on for this series.

BetAnySports’ NFL Pick of the Week — Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks – Thursday, Sept.4

Betting on Seahawks Football

BetAnySports’ NFL Pick of the Week- Week 1

Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks – Thursday, Sept.4

BAS’ current line: Seahawks -5 1/2 and the total is at 46.5

The start of another season in the NFL gets underway with a bang this
Thursday night when the Green Bay Packers invade CenturyLink Field to
square-off against the defending Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks. BetAnySports has listed the Seahawks as 5 1/2 home favorites with the total set at 46.5 points.

Green Bay won the NFC North last season with a straight-up record of
8-7-1 and it became very apparent that this is a totally different team
without quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the lineup. The Packers went 6-2 SU
with the veteran gunslinger under center and they fell to 2-5-1 SU when
he was recovering from a broken collarbone. The running game is
anchored by Eddie Lacy and overall this offense was ranked third in the
NFL in total yards and eighth in scoring with an average of 26.1 points
per game.

The Packers’ defense slipped to 25th in the league in total yards
allowed last season and this unit allowed an average of 26.8 PPG. Head
coach Mike McCarthy drafted free safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix with the 21st
overall pick and then went on to add two additional defensive players in
the first four rounds to add some depth on this side of the ball.

Seattle opened the 2013 season as second-favorites behind San
Francisco to even win its division, but after going 13-3 to claim the
NFC West title, it went on to win last year’s Super Bowl in a convincing
fashion. Ever since the reigning champs have been given the honor of
opening the new season with the first game of the year, they have gone
18-2 SU (11-9 against the spread).

There is no doubt that Seattle remains one of the most talented teams
in the league behind quarterback Russell Wilson and a defense that was
ranked first in the NFL in both yards and points allowed. The trick to
repeating this feat is to avoid the dreaded Super Bowl hangover that has
impacted so many other teams over the years.

It is hard to bet against the winning trend for Super Bowl champs in
the following season’s opener, but that is a SU result. I am following
suit in my official pick for this game with Seattle getting the SU win,
while Green Bay covers with the five points on the road in BetAnySports’
NFL betting odds for this game.

Pay Per Head Customized Websites

Betting online at Real Bookies PPH serive

One of the most important aspects of starting and building a successful bookmaking business is aligning yourself with a quality Pay Per Head company
that will handle the bulk of the administrative aspects that go into
the daily transactions that are a big part of the sports betting
industry.

The dramatic shift towards the use of advanced technology and
state-of-the-art sports betting software has also radically shifted how
wagers are placed and general financial transactions are processed. PPH
companies still employ a trained customer service department as part of
their call centers, but the bulk of the daily activity is processed
online through use of computers and other mobile devices.

For the majority of your customer base, their interaction with your PPH
company will be through a website. You can take the easy way out and
just rely on this generic site to service your customers or you can take
that all-important next step by using a customized website that has
been specifically designed for your bookmaking business. The best part
of all is that the top PPH companies in the sports betting industry will
build and host this customized site at no extra cost to you since it is
already built into the price per head that you pay.

Years ago a typical bookmaker would grow their business locally through
social interactions in their everyday life. This is still a valid
strategy to build a customer base, especially when you are trying to get
a new business off the ground, but we now live in a truly global
environment where you can access customers from any local through your
online presence.

Your customized website hosted by your PPH company is not only the
primary point of contact for your existing customer base, it is by far
the strongest marketing tool you have to expand that base. As an
independent bookmaker you are competing against all the large offshore
sportsbooks that rely heavily on their online presence to attract new
customers to their betting service. By keeping your customized website
fresh and constantly up-to-date, you will give yourself a much better
chance to successfully compete in what has turned into a very
competitive industry.

Your PPH company should be able to offer everything that the big
sportsbooks can in terms worldwide betting lines, live in-play wagers
and direct access to expanded horse racing, casino gambling and online
poker. Your point of difference between your bookmaking business and
faceless sportsbooks is the personal one-on-one service you can provide
on a customer-by-customer basis. Your website will act as the face of
the company, but your individual attention as an independent agent is
what will separate you from the competition.

Another important feature of employing a customized website through your
PPH company is the expertise they bring to the table to both develop
and host the site. You do not have to be a computer wiz or a graphic
design expert to get your site up and running. It is actually a turn-key
operation where the PPH customer service department is more than
willing to walk you through the entire process. You have the chance to
add the design features and website elements that best suit your needs
and their web design experts will build the site from the ground up to
match these specs.

Your PPH company also bears the cost of hosting the site on their
servers, which not only saves you money, it also helps to eliminate any
down time by dealing directly with a trusted source.

If you are currently in the bookmaking business and do not have a
customized website then this task should become your top priority. In
today’s day and age on online interaction you need to bring a level of
professionalism and legitimacy to your operation and a customized
website is a huge step in the right direction. If you already have a
site then your top priority is to make sure you are fully utilizing all
the features and benefits it offers to help grow your business into a
long-term profitable venture.

Tennis Odds: Djokovic Fends Off Dark Horse Challengers in Final Rounds of US Open

Betting on US Open Tennis

The absence of several short-list favorites has made the final rounds
of the US Open all the more intriguing. Now with the final grand slam
of the season nearing an end, the tennis betting community is charged
with the task of predicting the best of the rest.

Bet on tennis at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

Rafael Nadal and Juan Martin del Potro have both been absent from the
tournament, and Martin de Potro is the only non-Big Four individual to
win a grand slam between 2005 and 2013.By default, Novak Djokovic became
the No. 1 seed; although, the Serb is a perennial favorite regardless
of Nadal being in competition or not.The shaken up tournament has
created opportunities for individuals like Roger Federer and Stanislas
Wawrinka. One a legend of the sport who hasn’t won a grand slam title
since 2012 and the other a fringe contender that won his first back at
the Australian Open in January.

Through the first rounds of the tournament in New York, both Federer
and Wawrinka have navigated the bracket unscathed, the former having
lost but one single set. Over the course of the weekend, they’ll duke it
out with each other and Djokovic for the tournament’s top honors.

Djokovic is 1/1 to win the US Open, and Federer follows suit with
2/1. Other contenders like Wawrinka (12/1) and Andy Murray (6/1) can be
found further down the tennis futures.
