FSU and Oklahoma State Tip-Off in Orange Bowl Classic

FSU in Orange Bowl Classic

Orange Bowl Classic Features Two Underrated Teams

The Oklahoma State Cowboys and the 19th-ranked Florida State Seminoles will meet in the Orange Bowl Classic on Saturday when they battle at BB&T Center.

Florida State is one of only six unbeaten NCAA Division I programs left in the nation. Their 9-0 record will be put to the test against a good OSU Cowboys team.

Oddsmakers opened the Seminoles as -6.5-point favorites versus the Cowboys, while the game's total opened at 154. The line is now FSU -6 and the total has dropped to 152.

In their last action, Florida State was a 72-53 winner at home against the Tulane Green Wave. They covered the -13.5-point spread as favorites.

The victory extended Florida State's home winning streak to 25 games dating back to the 2015-16 season. The Seminoles are beating opponents by an average of 20 points during their fast start. They are led by guard Terance Mann, who is average 15.6 points.

The 9-0 start is also historic for the school. Only one Florida State team has had a better beginning to the season -- the 2003-04 team, which went 10-0 before losing a game.

Cowboys Look for Fresh Start in Orange Bowl Classic

Oklahoma State was a 78-66 loser in their most recent outing at home against Wichita State Shockers. They failed to cover the +5.5-point spread as underdogs.

The Cowboys are looking for a morale boost after having a tough week following the dismissal of two players. Guard Davon Dillard and freshman guard Zack Dawson were dismissed from the team Wednesday. They were kicked off the team as they "failed to meet unspecified standards set by the program."

Both players had actually already been suspended prior to the season for unknown reasons. They missed a total of six games between the two of them.

Before the Wichita State loss the Cowboys had won four straight games. Their only other defeat came against No. 16 Texas A&M on Nov. 20.

The Cowboys are led by guard Jeffrey Carroll with 12.7 points per game. Oklahoma State is also expecting to have 6-foot-11 forward Yankuba Sima eligible and playing for the first time this season. He is a transfer from St. John's.

NBA Action Pick: Take on Raptors vs. Suns Action

Suns Vs Raptors

We want the Predatory Raptors back!

Toronto wasn't quite what we expected when they saw their winning streak end before the LA Clippers. Claim your 175% FP Super Reward with your next re-up of 100 USD or more and get 175 more reasons to bet on the Raptors, or the Phoenix Suns, when they face off tomorrow, December 13th at 9 pm ET.

Toronto Raptors face eclipsed Suns on Wednesday evening.

There's no turning back! - The Suns will be more than a bit uneasy when the Raptors come to pay a visit at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix. Their last encounter back on the 5th proved a disappointment to Phoenix, who hoped to put a stop to Toronto's rise but failed with a 126-113 final score. They will now have to endure -yet- another pounding, as the Raptors will not want a repeat of their most recent loss against the Clippers and are likely to bring up all their big guns.

Will Paul George Make Indiana Return in Thunder-Pacers Game?

Pacers Basketball

Paul George was the star attraction at the Fieldhouse for five years. He returns Wednesday night for the first time as a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder.  The question will be, will George suit up against his former team? He missed the past two games with a right calf contusion and is considered day-to-day.

Oddsmakers have the game set as a Pickem' and the total is at 214.5. The game will be televised at 7 pm EST as the early game on ESPN.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

So far it looks like the Pacers have “won” the offseason trade that sent George to Oklahoma City. OKC received George in exchange for Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis. It was the Thunder beating Indiana 114-96 as 13-point favorites when they met October 25 in OKC.

Sabonis started at center and shot 1-for-9 from the field. He’s been moved into a reserve role at power forward. The Pacers are 10-5 SU and ATS with Sabonis at the 4-spot.

The Thunder have had disappointing results so far this year. With George and Carmelo Anthony alongside reigning league MVP Russell Westbrook the team was supposed to flourish. Neither addition is playing like an All-Star, especially Anthony.

The wheels may be coming off as well. Oklahoma City has dropped the cash in eight straight games. They have went 4-4 SU as medium favorites on the NBA lines.

MNF Preview: Dolphins Try to Stay in Playoff Hunt Against Pats

Miami Dolphins Football

Dolphins Cutler Has Never Beaten the Pats

The New England Patriots and the Miami Dolphins meet at Hard Rock Stadium on Monday Night Football to wrap up NFL Week 14. ESPN will have the television coverage and Kickoff is set for 8:30 pm EST.

Jay Cutler has never beaten the Patriots and he is not expected to do so Monday night. While playing for the Broncos and Bears his teams have lost by 34, 29 and 28 points in his three attempts against the Patriots.

Oddsmakers opened the Patriots as -10.5-point favorites versus the Dolphins, while the game's total opened at 48.5. The line is still the same after moving to 11.5 and back down.

Dolphins are Longshot to Make Playoffs

In their last action, Miami was a 35-9 winner at home against the Denver Broncos. They covered the +1-point spread as underdogs, while the combined score (44) was profitable news for OVER bettors.

The Dolphins have zero hope of winning the AFC East. They are long shots to return to the playoffs for a second straight year as a wild card. Miami did get a boost in the arm from the win against the Broncos.

The Dolphins should be fairly healthy for Monday's game. Pro Bowl center Mike Pounceyshould play after leaving the Broncos game with a tweaked hamstring. Cornerback Cordrea Tankersley is fine after suffering ankle and shoulder injuries.

Miami is 26th in the league by averaging 17.4 points. This is an improvement from its last-place standing just a couple of weeks ago.

Patriots Without Gronk and Fighting for Home Field Advantage

The Patriots were a 23-3 winner in their most recent outing on the road against the Buffalo Bills. They covered the -7.5-point spread as favorites, while the total score (26) made winners of UNDER bettors.

New England entered this week tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the best record in the AFC. They will be without star tight end Rob Gronkowski. He was suspended for one game for his panty waisted cheap shot last week against Tre'Davious White of the Buffalo Bills.

Dwayne Allen will replace Gronkowski at tight end. Allen was a first-team All-ACC tight end at Clemson and a third-round pick in 2012. He is a capable player, and Tom Brady should find him in situations to make him successful. Allen has five catches for 40 yards and one touchdown this year. He has been targeted 13 times.

At wide receiver and tight end alone, the Patriots will be without five key players on Monday. Gronkowski and Martellus Bennett at tight end. Julian Edelman is out with a knee issue, Chris Hogan is out with hisshoulder, and Malcolm Mitchell has a knee problem at wide receiver.

The Patriots should be fine with a receiver group that includes Brandin Cooks, who has 53 catches, 886 yards, 16.7 average, five touchdowns. Danny Amendola has 46 catches, 489 yards, 10.6 average, two touchdowns. Former Miami Hurricanes speed-burner Phil Dorsett has lately become the third receiver.

Brady is still at the top of his game at age 40. He has thrown for 26 touchdowns and 3,632 yards with only four interceptions. The Patriots are averaging 29 points per game. That ranks first in the AFC and fourth in the NFL.
