Rules and Regulations:

• All accounts who have made a deposit between Sept 8^th and December 25^th 2011 will receive 1 free entry, courtesy of BetPhoenix.
• Additional entries will be awarded for every $100 deposit to your account between December 26^th and January 7^th 2012, 15 minutes prior to the start of the first Wild Card game
• Free Entries are entitled to win a Max $50 prize.
• Paid entries are eligible to win a Max $1500 prize
• The top 25 performers are prize eligible.
• The absolute worst performer is also prize eligible.

Prizes will be allocated based on performance as follows:

1^st Place- $1500
2^nd Place- $1000
3^rd Place- $800
4^th Place- $500
5^th Place to 14^th Place- $350
15^th Place to 24^th Place- $250
Dead Last Place- $200

• Places will be decided by both selection accuracy and time of entry submission.
• Entry submission time is the tie-breaking factor where accuracy of selections is equal.
• All prizes come with an 8x rollover before withdrawals can be made from the account.
• Clients may have multiple entries, but only under the same account number, and based on 1 free entry plus any entries resulting from deposits of $100 or more.
• Accounts with more than 1 winning entry will only get awarded the higher prize.
• Prizes will be announced and paid to accounts within 72 hours after the Super Bowl final, in free play money
• Valid for residents of the Americas or where authorized by management.
