Va Tech Hosts North Carolina in ACC Action

10th Ranked North Carolina Going for 5th Straight

The 10th-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels and the Virginia Tech Hokies meet on Monday at Cassell Coliseum. Tip-off is set for 7 pm EST and ESPN has the telecast.

North Carolina can't be making too much of a four-game winning streak. They've got another game tonight on a quick turnaround. The Hokies are no slouch at home either.

Oddsmakers opened the Tar Heels as -4-point favorites versus the Hokies, while the game's total opened at 163.5. Line now shows North Carolina as 3.5-points favorites and the total is up to 164.

Virginia Tech is a Formidable Opponent for North Carolina

In their last action, Virginia Tech was a 91-82 loser at home against Florida State Seminoles. They failed to cover the -1.5-point spread as favorites.

Hokies junior guard Justin Robinson is coming off a career-best 26-point against Florida State on Saturday.
