Coming off their biggest win of the year - a season-changing 28-14 victory over rival Michigan - the Michigan State Spartans will have no time to waste when gearing up for a Big Ten tilt with No. 6 Wisconsin.
The Badgers have been the toughest team in the conference this season, and if the Spartans want to capitalize on the momentum they gained from their in-state rivalry, they'll have to find an answer for top quarterback Russell Wilson.
Wilson's first year on campus has been a major reason why the Badgers have vaulted up the college football odds board. Though he won't have the masses at Camp Randall Stadium backing him on the road, he will have the
NCAA futures.
In Lansing, sights are less set on winning the national title and more on salvaging a season that looked at one point in jeopardy. A Week 3 loss to Notre Dame took the wind out the club?s sails but they've managed to win ball games when its mattered most.
If MSU manages to survive this weekend against Wisconsin they'll face No. 13 Nebraska before matching up against the currently-winless Minnesota Gophers.
Nobody ever said it would be easy on the
