MLB Odds: Dodgers Chase Illusive NL West Division Lead

Betting on Los Angeles Dodgers Baseball

With no shortage of momentum, the Los Angeles Dodgers
will take on the San Diego Padres this weekend. If they’re lucky,
they’ll get a chance to close the gap between themselves and the NL
West-leading San Francisco Giants. Are L.A.’s 7/1 odds to win the World
Series foretelling or just overly ambitious?
Bet on baseball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.
Neck and neck with the Giants in the sportsbook, the
Dodgers trail by four games in the standings. That’s why the Dodgers
will need to pad their win total against the struggling Padres while
they can.
Los Angeles has long been a popular MLB betting
option and while they’ve looked solid in 2014, the Giants have looked
spectacular. As a result, the two clubs are tied for second in World
Series futures. The Dodgers are +125 to win the division, slightly
behind the San Francisco Giants (-200).
The Padres have made news of late. Former San
Diego’s Tony Gwynn’s life is being celebrated after the legendary Hall
of Famer passed away this week. The team hasn’t enjoyed much success on
the field, and that bodes well for Dodgers fans hungry to advance in the
standings.

Time to Start Looking at Smaller, Reliable Online Sportsbooks for the Near Future for P2P Transactions

Betting at Online Gambling Sites

By: Chris Dyer (Dirty)

I have been hearing for the last two days with people having trouble
with P2P with payouts and receiving them. It is only happening to the
medium sized and larger sportsbooks from what I can determine.  5Dimes
has told people that it will be a week or so to process some payouts
because of trouble with P2P.  One thread at SBR has already been deleted
about this problem (not a surprise). I have had several people contact
me with trouble at other sportsbooks with P2P problems with them having
to go pick up their transactions becuase they were returned. It has
happened at BetOWI and Intertops,
but 5Dimes (which is a sponsor here as well) is the main one.  This
doesn’t mean these books are not safe. It just means you may experience a
delay in receiving your funds or your account being credited funds you
send. Not every bigger book is having trouble now but usually when a few
start having it then it spreads quickly.

This happens at the larger books becuase they have more transactions
and it throws up a red flag. This is why many books limit the amount you
can send and receive daily, weekly, and monthly.  The UIGEA has caused
problems like this since 2006 when it was implemented.  The larger books
also have trouble securing and transitioning to new payment options
when one of their main options is temporarily down or runs into problems
like this. Your smaller books not so much. They can adjust on the fly
and keep on with business as usual in the payout department.

America’s Bookie, Bet33, 1Vice, HRWager, ProBets, and Topbet
are smaller books at Handicappers Hideaway that I trust and have heard
of no trouble and I don’t expect any as their daily transactions are no
where near the size of the other sportsbooks. It is easier for them to
secure other methods of depositing as well.  They have a smaller amount
of daily transactions and it is easier for a processing company to take
that load on than from a bigger book.

I suggest before you make your next deposit contact us (especially if
it is a sponsor) and we will find out of any delays or troubles or call
the book and find out. If they are then look at your smaller books
until the problem is resolved. I can virtually guarantee you will not
miss a beat going with the smaller books anyway in 95% of the sports you
wager on.

Remember this is not a warning about funds being safe or books having
money problems. It is just to alert our readers and forum members to
possible delays with one of the more popular ways to deposit at online
sportsbooks for US players.

PGA Odds: Watson a Popular Choice at Travelers Championship

Betting on the 2014 Travelers Championship

Bubba Watson is the man to beat at this week’s Travelers
Championship. The 35-year-old will take to the TPC at the River
Highlands golf course with a confidence inspiring track record and 12/1
odds to win the tournament. Though he missed the cut at the US Open last
week, his Masters win from earlier in the season coupled with the fact
that he’s already won the Travelers, bodes well for him now.

Bet on golf at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

Ranked No. 3 in the world, Watson will be the highest profile
individual to compete in the four-day event while world leader Adam
Scott and No. 2 Henrik Stenson will pass. However, Watson will still
face some stiff competition.

World No. 5 Matt Kuchar is 12/1 to win the Travelers Championship,
and other members of the PGA elite like Dustin Johnson and Jason Day sit
poised to strike in the sportsbook as well.

Can Watson channel whatever gave him the strength to win this very
course back in 2010? He’ll need to recover momentum after his
performance at Pinehurst, but salvation is there for the taking.

Heat and Spurs in Mix for 2015, but Futures Remain Uncertain

Betting on the 2015 NBA Championship

The Miami Heat qualified for their fourth consecutive finals
appearance before bursting into flames. The San Antonio Spurs rallied
after a tragic exit in 2013 only to cap off a 15-year-long fairy tale in
2014. But what happens now? Fans looking to bet on the NBA in 2014-2015
need to start thinking about what comes next.

Bet on basketball at Bovada and get a free 50% bonus.

The runner-up, Miami Heat, tops the sportsbook with odds of 7/2 to
win the NBA Championship, just days after the 2014 champion crowning.
LeBron James can opt out of his contract this summer, but that doesn’t
necessarily mean that he will.

Could LeBron possibly improve his current situation in Miami? Oddsmakers aren’t so sure.

Tim Duncan and the Spurs are at a pivotal juncture. It’s widely
expected that the 38-year-old man will strongly consider retirement.
Will the fifth ring be the deciding factor? From a skills and health
perspective, he certainly doesn’t have to retire, making the decision
all the more difficult.

The Oklahoma City Thunder (6/1) and the Chicago Bulls (9/1) are
joining the Heat and Spurs as early contenders for the next title. We
like the idea of a victorious Kevin Durant, but will need more
convincing before hopping back on the Derrick Rose bandwagon.

That’s where you come in. Weigh in on the 2014-2015 campaign early.

Heat and Spurs in Mix for 2015, but Futures Remain Uncertain

SportsBettingOnline.ag Refunds Bettors Who Picked Miami Heat to Threepeat

Gamble on Sports Online with SportsBettingOnline

Online sportsbook takes the sting out of championship series after Miami falls in Game 5

San Jose, Costa Rica – June 17, 2014 – Most
Miami Heat fans aren’t celebrating today after the San Antonio Spurs
clobbered them in Game 5 of the NBA Finals to take the championship. But
that’s not necessarily the case at one popular online sportsbook. SportsBettingOnline.ag
today announced that all bets on the Miami Heat to win the championship
made during pre-season or the regular season have been refunded.

“After several stunning losses, it’s safe to say the Heat just didn’t
show up at the finals,” stated Dave Johnson of SportsBettingOnline.ag.
“Before the season began, we tossed up a futures bet on whether the Heat
will win the NBA championship once again, based on their last two
championship wins in three finals appearances. We know that as the
season progressed and the Heat inched towards the finals, sports bettors
got pretty excited about the prospect of a threepeat.”

With San Antonio winning all but one of five games, Miami fell and
put the future of the Big 3 in question. To help soften the blow, SportsBettingOnline.ag
has returned all futures bets placed during pre-season and during the
regular NBA season. The money has been credited to sports bettors’
account. Those who bet on Miami to win Game 5 do not qualify for the
refund.

Johnson notes that under normal circumstances, the sportsbook
probably wouldn’t have returned the losing bet. “This isn’t something we
do every day, but with LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh barely
showing up to play and only notching one win, sports bettors who backed
Miami early deserve to be refunded.”

This isn’t the first time SportsBettingOnline.ag
has refunded players for losing bets. Last month,
SportsBettingOnline.ag refunded players who backed the Philadelphia
Phillies after LA Dodger Josh Beckett pitched an unexpected no-hitter.

And two years ago, the online sportsbook refunded the
Pacquaio-Bradley fight, a controversial boxing match where many believed
Pacquaio was unfairly denied a win. SBO also refunded bettors who
wagered on Adam Scott to win the British Open. The Australian pro golfer
lost after leading by four strokes with just four holes to play.

Paying members cash for losing bets is a common occurrence at
SportsBettingOnline.ag. Instead of running unrealistic promotions with
ridiculous rollover requirements, SportsBettingOnline.ag features two
bonus offers, including a 10% cash back offer, win or lose, with no
rollovers.

More information on how the online sportsbook refunds players 10% per week plus all other promos can be found at SportsBettingOnline.ag
